Seriously, I've had many a discussion on the lawfulness of using another person's unsecured wireless network without their permission.
Is it against the law no matter? Are there any exceptions?

From what I heard, its only illegal if you go driving around looking for it. If you are at home and you pick up someone else's network, its legal
