Because the other one was locked.....
(for like 45 seconds because i hit the wrong button -- merged the two, my bad -- zetec) Hartmann asked how to install the applications on iPhone. You download that installer package that Cmac linked, plug in your iPhone, close iTunes (but leave iPhone connected), double-click the installer package, allow it to run (follow any directions on the iPhone and window). Once it installs, you go onto your iPhone and click the Installer button, and you pick what programs you want to install via that. You also uninstall and do updates via that Installer button.
