Shut up. Being shot is lethal. You have the potential to die. You don't have the potential to die if you're struck at the bend of your knee to be brought down. And, from my understanding of what Assault is (under American Common law) is the threat to commit battery. The cops are being placed on leave, there's a full internal investigation, and the university is saying how "regretful" the situation is. still on the same side now? you can't believe all those little blogs on the internet, because every kid is going to have a somewhat different story. now the university is apologizing and its looking like everything is coming into place. good. --------------------  |
