mostly because it runs with no problems, no DRM problems, and you can get achievements. And, from what I've seen, there's absolutely zero advantage graphically in the PC version -- DX10 does absolutely NOTHING for this game.
There's comparison pics somewhere, but I'm too lazy to link. -------------------- WAIT. I'm not finished.

There's a release out that requires no internet connection, serial, or activation. Wish I had a graphics card that could run it.

that's EXACTLY why i got my 360 -- I'd have to spend ~$1000 to upgrade any part of my desktop (as I'd have to upgrade everything else), and only ~350 for a Premium 360. Plus, Ace Combat 6 is 360 only, and I BLEED ACE COMBAT.

sorta off topic, but i've heard the premium 360s (non-elite) have HDMI ports now (specifically marked on the box supposedly)

2k games thinks that everyone in your family should purchase their own copy of BioShock. Also, if you install Bioshock under one user account on windows you won't be able to play it on other accounts.

So, the chances of me finding this game to play via other means is small?

One thing that bothered me about the game is how they seemed to forget to do a storyline.
When the main character walks up to a machine and without reason jams a needle in his arm and reconfigures his dna i became disappointed with the "wtf" factor. I mean... who does that. Atmosphere, gameplay, environment, weapons... all amazing, just no build up of storyline to tell you WHY you are doing any of it. 8-9/10 -------------------- |
