Nothing. Watching the SMU game monday.

Next weekend will be hell on wheels/fun at the same time so I am resting up. I am flying from Houston to Newark on Friday, driving to Philly that night, spending the day there, back to Newark on Sunday morning, flying to Seattle that morning then on back to Houston.

Then I may be in Anchorage the weekend after that.

I am a consultant for a company that helps continuous process businesses operate more safely and efficiently. So you have a power plant, we have software and processes that help that plant operate at its capacity as much as possible. We track when pieces of equipment break and when you should fix it or if there is an underlying cause to the failures (a pump keeps breaking, turns out the pumps are fine but the bearings continually go bad).

This makes companies safer and saves them $$$. We are big in the oil & gas industries as well as the utilities, drilling, and manufacturing areas.

The Newark trip is partially for work and partially for fun. Anchorage will be for fun but I am not sure I want to go.

Pretty much. It's cool and sucks at the same time, I don't mind travel at all, it's just some of the places I have to go (refineries are in really crappy places sometimes).

As soon as this trip to SEA is done I will be top tier with Continental for next year. I am already in the second tier for AA. My goal; Try out United's new product by flying them to DEN and a possible trip to Japan and maybe become an elite on them.

Just for everyone to know, if you have a frequent flier account with any of the bigger airlines, look into mileage and how they credit. If you buy things from certain websites or use an airline credit card you can get up to 10-20x the miles. Continental gives double mileage for BestBuy.com purchases and others. Just something to look out for.

After doing all of this travel I think I'd like to travel as a job. Maybe write about different things in different places or something like that. I just know I like that aspect of it.
