i'm jealous i'll be fishing, learning how to program numerical weather models, and then getting a checkup on my lasik surgery i'm thinking about getting lasik in the next month or two, are you happy with it? i've heard of other methods that are safer, easier, but taken longer for your eyes to heal, i might go with one of those |

what's your workout routine? http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=3224902600571518938 Do that as a set, rest a minute. Repeat for 4 sets (8 or so reps per individual exercise). I also toss in pull ups, curls, strength bar bends, etc. on certain days. Combine that with 5 days a week of mma training at 2 hours a session. I usually finish each session with 125 clicks of the jump rope, immediately stop and do 25 situps and 25 pushups, then repeat that a couple more times (that 3 times is one set. Do 3 sets). I also run a few times a week, usually 2-3 miles at a steady pace. I try to keep my body guessing with these routines. Three jobs applied to thus far, all of which I'm very fucking qualified for (though one more than the other two), but we shall see if anything comes of them. Given my track record, if I can get an interview, I get the job (offer), but the hard part seems to be getting an interview for some bizarre reason. I've been working out a lot too (cardio 4 days in a row this week! yay!), but not "like a lunatic bastard". -------------------- |

i'm thinking about getting lasik in the next month or two, are you happy with it? i've heard of other methods that are safer, easier, but taken longer for your eyes to heal, i might go with one of those it's awesome, my eyes were horrible (-9 and -7.5) and now I'm seeing 20/15. what out there is safer or easier by the way? unless you're talking about IntraLase Lasik, which is what I had done. it's a <10min. surgery done with a couple lasers. I could see 20/15 the day after the surgery. you take eye drops for about 5 days then come back in a month, then 3 months, then 6, and I think a year. it's pretty badass. yeah, it's pricey. But I also went to Berkley Eye Center since they're supposed to be one of the best out there, and I didn't want anyone but the best messing with my eyes.
