Not at my usual account, another manager's on vacation, so I'm taking over. I'm really bored at work today because everyone actually showed up. Just wanted to let everyone know that I got a Cleveland Steamer.....at work.

and so much more. Steam has a lot of energy and is a quick method of cooking and reheating. There are tons of applications, but what I've used it for: reheat liquids(soups, sauces, gravies), cook oatmeal, cook rice, cook pasta, bagged soups, heating tortillas, keeping foods warm, cook potatoes for mashed potatoes. Another beauty of it is that whatever you're heating will never burn. If you were heating green chile(as an example) on the stove, where as in the steamer it won't.
