I'm looking for a good, preferably free, virtual desktop program for Windows XP. Any suggestions?

vmware has a free version i believe
virtualbox is good and free, also works in linux and mac qemu is good and free, also works in linux, lacks some features and support the other two have personally i use vmware on windows (at work) and virtualbox on linux (at home), they both will emulate either windows or linux if vmware doesn't have a full-featured free version then virtualbox is the way to go |

for just virtual desktops, microsoft actually has a powertoy for just that. Not super perfect, but it's free.
http://download.microsoft.com/download/whi...wertoySetup.exe -------------------- WAIT. I'm not finished.
