its out on dvd now right? i literally didnt hear much at all about this back in 05 but my friend in ft worth is pumping it as is everyone else i talk to. i also hear some negative things but its enough to get me curious

I too heard jack shit about it when it came out. until the past week or so...and it's all been raves.
I'm gonna check it out. I watched Lord of War last night and was suprised at how good it was. I like that...when you have zero expectations and come out impressed. |

man i was about to start a thread about this. i dont even remember it being released in theatres, but now its being hyped to hell. a few of my friends have seen it and say its badass

I remembered it being released and all of that, but never saw it because I heard conflicting opinions of it being good and bad. I got it in on netflix yesterday and might watch it tonight before or after the season finale of The Shield.

this movie was strange.
not strange characters, but strange acting and strange scenes. there are sex scenes that will put a weird look on your face because it is so random. i guess the director found regular sex to be plain boring also, the violent scenes are funny with blood, guts, and brains --------------------  |

I saw it when it came out, and to be honest it's all hype. It had some good scenes, but it really wanes towards the end and gets rather predictable. Just my opinion though. It's not terrible, but it's definitely not great.
