post surgical pain from having a large incision left open across my friggin a-hole and having a tied off surgical silk thread designed to slowly cut my f'n ahole muscle over a period of two months like a f'n wire cutting a block of cheese.

here's the short answer:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anal_fistula look towards the bottom where it says 'Conversion to a cutting seton' they basically do it so your a-hole muscle stays in tact and gets rid of the fistula at the same time. if they have to cut the muscle all the way through in one shot, you stand a risk of losing bowel control. was actually kinda funny, the doc said this method was introduced by socrates. |

i broke my hand last october...that wasnt that painful. just would hurt like a son of a bitch if i accidentally knocked it into something.
had my tonsils take out in december. that was the most frustrating pain because i couldnt eat or drink...and anyone who knows me knows that i love to eat |
