everyone sign an agreement or addendum that any leftover debts be paid in full on move out

you would obviously save every financial transaction between each other as record to prove if someone hasn't been keeping up their end of the deal

no, i distinctly remember bitching my share of the electricity bill was $275, because it was almost as much as the rent. sure cathryn, they were your washer and dryer. be WE had to pay for your waste of the electricity using them.
