Lewis, who was arrested Monday evening, is accused of killing Donald J. my company won't touch this bond, but we reviewed it. the guy has 2 previous bond-surrenders, meaning he didn't pay his payments and forced the company to bail on him. and 1 bond forfeiture, meaning he didn't bother to show up to court, and the courts canceled his bond and put him back in jail. he also has had interaction with several institutions concerning his bi-polarism.

That fucking sucks. I still remember that one murder of the Tech student. The one where he was forced at gunpoint to withdraw money from an ATM, and after he got his $300, shot the student like 6 times and ran.
