I like to go to digg and open up multiple stories in multiple tabs. I've noticed now that when I click more than 3 digg links to open tabs it freezes my Firefox. I think it has to do with the massive amounts of ads they've recently added.

Is anyone else having this problem?

If this continues I'll have to abandon digg and move to reddit.

i use adblock, so ads aren't a problem. It's mostly because the new comment system sucks up a lot of room and shite.

edit: basically what i was getting at is that even without ads it's still slow, I have the same problems.

then again, adblock just filters the ads, it still reads them from the source, just doesn't download them. So there's that, FWIW.
