Looks like Iran is getting some weapons from Russia by way of Syria. Think it was like 40 anti-aircraft for Syria and 10 for Iran, all paid for by Iran.

Friend of mine is going to Iran to visit relatives tomorrow (hadn't seen his grandparents ever, etc...).
I'm curious to hear his first hand accounts of the country... And I would steer clear from blanket statements that "they all hate us" because he said a substantial amount of the population is apathetic towards religion and against the present rhetoric by the "president". Those particular people are, however, for weapons buildup because they view it as an act of self defense rather than aggression. I'll get back to you with more info about this when he gets back... --------------------  |
