On an unrelated note: I thought it had already been established that this guy had a history of mental illness. They are just releasing his records to the investigation so that they can further analyze it. |

ask yourselves why you are so concerned about any proof of mental illness? thatll make you feel cozy inside? just because someone does something thats outrageous doesnt mean they are mentally ill and just because something outrageous occurs doesnt mean someone mentally ill did it.

Why would it not matter? In this case I disagree with you, but as a whole, people always jump to say "mental illness caused the actions" wayyyyyy too much

im guessing schitzophrenia or autism will show up in his records... also, some bipolar tendencies.
unrelated: Most kids with high functioning autism (like Asperger's) also are diagnosed with being bipolar, schitzophrenic, and have severe depression at times. Additionally, some have epilepsy as well. maybe? |

doubt it. schitzophrenia is fairly rare and diagnosed on someone so young? dont see it as possible. schitzo tendencies maybe but in the association of depression

My brother was diagnosed with schitzophrenia when he was 9. He would see bugs crawling on his skin and would sit there screaming and scraping his skin off. ... he described them as big bugs all over his body. One time when he was 9 he was sitting in his desk at school and ran out of the classroom screaming, ran out into the street, and the school had to catch him. He said that small people on his desk were telling him to kill. It was pretty freaky shit. Since then, he has been on medicine and it hasnt happened again...not even the bug thing which used to happen a lot. Consequently, when he was put on that medicine he also stopped doing everything in sets of tens (obsessive compulsive behavior). My mom tried to take him off of the medicine like 2 years ago (he is now 14) and he started all of that again. She immediately put him back on it.

Jessica, schizophrenia is usually called by "spirit attachment" rather than psychological issues. It could be that your brother is just a natural empath and psychic and is tapping into a layer of reality normal people can't see.
I know several parents who have taken their kids to see a spiritual worker that will remove all spirit attachments and the kid will go back to normal without any medication whatsoever. |
