tivo has the resources to do that, however they currently don't (privacy, etc). They are looking to sell it as an additional ratings scheme/service soonish though. Iunno the details, haven't heard anything on it in a while.

whenever i watch house, i can't watch the first half of any episode. the whole, "two kids in a car fucking around omg wtf joe you're not breathing JOE JOOOOEEEEE" thing.
