just a quick reminder, this is tomorrow morning. you happen to have a short nightstand cabinet thing? nothing o big or wide.... basically something to put a slot machine on. (and no, for once the "slot machine" is NOT a reference to jessica) -------------------- |

naw sorry sure don't and important: garage sale has been postponed one week that's probably a good idea since you wanted to have it when graduation commencement was happening -------------------- "Ah, y'know it's funny, these people they go to sleep, they think everything's fine, everything's good. I bought it about 2 years ago and lived there while renting the other two rooms to various friends for cheap. I got a new job in Houston about about two months ago, so moved out, left it for my last roommate who just graduated and moved out. the housing market is terrible right now (if you're selling that is), so I'm renting it out through westmark realty.
It's basically an investment property for me now. I'm sure 5-10 years from now, that area of town will be prime. Just in the two years I lived there, two nearby run-down houses were torn down by the city, and 3 houses which are directly adjacent or diagonal to that one have been bought up, renovated, and rented to college students. Hopefully it'll make me some cash in the end. My land property value (not including the house) has gone up 50% just in the past year. |
