Is this a steroid or is it basically a hyper charged version of hydroxycut?
I can't believe I'm even considering this considering I have a torn rotator cuff but what the hell I guess I can concentrate on lower body and back for a few months  but what is this stuff? -------------------- I r Ur Gawd!

it does contain creatine, complex amino acids, triglycerides, folic acid, caffeine, potassium, magnesium, sodium and nitric oxide.
It does not contain: anabolic, testosterone-based ingredients i.e. steroids, (unless, like me you believe creatine is a type of steroid) but i read the wikipedia of no x-plode and it's all about nitric oxide, which doesn't really sound like it would be good for your body. edit: does not contain any substances banned by the ncaa (I cross-referenced all the ingredients to the list of banned substances) except for caffeine, but it doesn't contain enough caffeine to seriously harm you. -------------------- Je suis toute du merde.
