I doubt everyone reacts the same to a purely fast food diet. Just because it doesn't work for 99.9999999999% of the world, doesn't mean it won't work for someone. The same with how people react differently to various workouts.

As far as your body is concerned, unprocessed foods are a "normal diet." Your body was not made to tolerate and digest being fed all kinds of man-made preservatives, artificial flavors, and coloring.

this diet is pretty normal for me. ever since man learned that eating raw food is bad they have used various forms of processing. your body isnt that fragile

well you can poop stuff out all you want but if you have high cholesterol you'll still get heart problems, and just by eating and pooping out sweets it doesnt mean you cant get diabetes.
