What I don't get is how the Palestinians believe themselves to be some beleaguered people. Palestinians are Arabs, as far as I know, the Arabs control the Middle East, not the Jews.
I also don't understand how Muslims can defend their religion as not violent when Muhammad himself took over Mecca and Medina by telling the people there (who were predominantly Jewish and Christian, yes that's right, Jews were in control of parts of Saudi Arabia) to become Muslim, leave, or be killed. Then they make these places the most sacred in their faith. He didn't kill these people because of their faith, he simply wanted the land. When you look at it in a historical context he was just a conqueror of lands and he was greedy.
