actually, after reading a lot about the differnt ones out there, they say colonblow is the worst and unhealthiest. it shouldnt make all that shit come out in a few days like that.

I cook at home instead of going out and choose foods that aren't processed. I try to eat smaller portions and lots of fruit and veggies.
