The lemon bars are good, overpriced, but good. Not as good as lemon meringue pie.
-------------------- A psychotic world we live in. The madmen are in power. How long have we known this? Faced this? And--how many of us do know it? Perhaps if you know you are insane then you are not insane. Or you are becoming sane, finally. Waking up. I suppose only a few are aware of all this. Isolated persons here and there. But the broad masses... what do they think? All these hundreds of thousands in this city, here. Do they imagine that they live in a sane world? Or do they guess, glimpse, the truth...?

i don't drink coffee, but i'm told that 7-11 has better coffee than starbucks. and apparently McDonalds coffee is like some of the best there is, it keeps getting consistently rated the absolute highest I'm a long-time coffee roaster/snob/addict and will say that if you enjoy plain drip coffee, McDonald's is consistently the best I've ever had. that hasn't always been so, but it was about 5yrs ago when I had it with a breakfast meal and was like wtf this is rad! |

a grande sized cup of coffee at starsucks is 1.89 a grande sized cup of coffee at 7-eleven is 1.49 7-eleven beats them on price, cups, lids, and coffee quality so, 7-eleven is cheaper and better are you trying to defend starsucks? no i was saying that 7-11 is cheaper, not starbucks. and apparently not-so-obviously was exaggerating on the $15 part. and most people who go to starbucks aren't getting the 1.89 coffee, they're getting the f'n $4-5 crap. that starbucks in the UC at tech was cool though, they'd let us bring our own huge mugs in and fill them up for $0.50. |
