i saw this a while back, pretty funny, but the neighbor who overbuilt his house is a shithead. 18 inches can mean a hell of a lot as far as your view goes. people sue each other all time time regarding this stuff, but it's usually in places people actually want to live, so it doesn't make the news in texas.
