Ok, I know this works somehow but I can't figure it out...
I did it once a long time ago but now I can't remember how  It should be as simple as passing the command line to the windows scheduler, but it's not working. Has anyone here ever set up windows scheduler to play MP3's as an alarm clock? What all scheduler settings do you have? -------------------- I r Ur Gawd!

yeah see I dont have one of those I'm up in a cabin in Montanna with not so much as a working cell phone....and they don't even have phones in the cabins....
yet oddly enough they have wireless internet her. Go fucking figure.... -------------------- I r Ur Gawd!

From a google search, it looks like there are plugins you can download for Winamp to use it as an alarm clock.

Been using the alarm plugins since I can remember.
Winamp Plugins - Alarm Look around the site for some others, Winamp has a few, and not all of them work like you would think. With xmms in linux, you can just pass the command line with a playlist as an argument, Windows scheduler is much more finicky. |

You really don't even need to bother with plug-ins. Just create a playlist and save it somewhere on your drive. Then via scheduler, instead of selecting a .exe file, just find your playlist. Scheduler will automatically find the program assiociated with playlist files and open. Works great for me.
