DesktopTD is hard as shit, I've beaten medium several times, but only got through with all 20 lives left once.
The zombie game is pretty cool.. that other tower defense game is alright, it just takes way too long. |

LOL Desktop TD is fun. Went to 10k mode and set up a maze then ran all 50 waves at once. I should've put up an AA tower or two though. The flying bosses got through
 Looks like you only make 4712 gold if you kill everything but those two in all the waves. Not much. That zombie game is lots of fun, too. Keep blowing myself up with the barrels though

Wow. I just played around with the dart tower. If you supplement it with a frost tower, it does quite a bit of damage. The bash towers are nice for internal maze walls, but damn they're expensive and I prefer the frost cannons. But yeah, those dart towers make short work of the group/spawn waves. Throw in frost for the speed waves. I'm not convinced the AA towers are worth the investment. I prefer the squirt towers instead since they've fast and can be used against all units. Pellet tower seems to be advantageous against immune waves since they're pure damage and the immune waves can't be slowed, only stunned.

you almost have to have at least 1-2 swarm towers for the flying units (at least in hard mode). since they're air only they'll hit the flying units even if ground units are nearby (which squirt towers wont). i think the fully upgraded squirt tower is one of the best though, just expensive. a few fully upgraded pellet towers are nice too, enormous range.

i think the only way to stop em is if you have several full upgraded blizzard towers, and tons of fully upgraded sniper and squirt towers
