The reasons why he chose to commit suicide outside of a football game are still unclear. There was a pending investigation into him because of his attempt to buy ammonium nitrate at a feed store a few weeks prior.

That's not the way I heard it went down from a friend at OU. I heard he tried to enter the game with the bomb in his backpack planning ot blow a bunch of people up. Since he had a backpack on they wouldn't let him in the game so he blew himself up outisde the stadium. I mean think about it, why would you bring a bomb to a football game, then have it "accidently" go off.

Yeah, that's the way I heard it as well, but who knows. I just think it's stupid that he gets a memorial. Maybe they'll erect an Osama statue next or a Timothy McVeigh outreach center...

it's a coke, welcome to Texas.

I can't stand the term "pop".

A psychotic world we live in. The madmen are in power. How long have we known this? Faced this? And--how many of us do know it? Perhaps if you know you are insane then you are not insane. Or you are becoming sane, finally. Waking up. I suppose only a few are aware of all this. Isolated persons here and there. But the broad masses... what do they think? All these hundreds of thousands in this city, here. Do they imagine that they live in a sane world? Or do they guess, glimpse, the truth...?

i dont know when that became a texas thing. I always made fun of the idiots that said coke. Maybe I never heard that until I came to tech because no one in el paso said that and lets face it...el paso isnt part of texas. its not even in the same time zone as the rest of texas

Didn't Cho already get a memorial? Some chick gave him one of those Hokie stones. Then it got stolen. Then it got returned.
