The federal government now spends about $176 million annually on abstinence-until-marriage education. Critics repeatedly have said they do not believe the programs are working, and the study will give them reinforcement. An interesting point that is left out of this study, which would truly indicate the failure of abstinence based sex education for be a comparison of teen pregnancy and STD infection rates. Higher rates among would be the key indicator of the failure of abstinence based sex education.

the reason it failed is because whores encourage young women to not control the sex-lust of their vaginas, hence they become whores.
