friggin punks. dunno whether or not i'd buy it, but i'm definitely tempted simply because the thing finally has an HDMI output. my big bad TV has VGA input though, and my current 360 can display 1080p through that VGA interface, so this thing prob isnt that big of a deal. HDMI is definitely nice though, along with a way bigger HD. friggin punks. |

yeah, its leet that they are releasing a limited edition xbox. but after that dies down they should all have the big disks in em.

yeah, i remember reading about this a couple of weeks ago. Sony chimed back with "well, they still dont have a blueray disk player" or some shit like that.
In other news: I just played with a Wii for the first time this past weekend. Its fun. I can definitely see why they won the console contest. Im guessing the 360 came in second and Sony Playstation came in last....Im guessing cuz its too expensive and its shitty... |

wii didnt really win the console contest. they didn't compete with 360 or ps3. ps3 & 360 are competing more at a graphics/power/features level, while wii is in a world by itself, with innovative controls and shitty graphics. they did a great job though, as tons of people are buying a 360 + wii, or ps3 + wii. they made it cheap enough that people would buy one anyways.

well it all depends on your interpretation of the word "win". is it selling the most consoles? the most games? making the most overall profit? having the fastest system? best gfx? most flexible? best value?
comparing the wii to the 360 is akin to comparing a honda civic to a bmw. |

i'm getting my 360 when the HDMI trickles down to the premium. I can upgrade the harddrive myself, i don't really like the black, and the extra 100gb isn't that useful if you're not downloading (and paying for) movies over XBL.
