I know, right? I tried cafepress, but they're preview still had the black border, even on a black shirt, so i'm thinking i may have to silkscreen it myself

When we got some shirts made for a shitty intramural team by some local place it cost $20 per shirt. This was a one color design of text, so your multi color design could be more. But it could be less if the quality of shirt and process to make the design are crappier.
