UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE EASTERN DISTRICT OF PENNSYLVANIA.
Will be interesting to see if the supreme court takes this case up, or whether it will only be law in PENN (and where ever else has ruled similarly.) I'd post the opinion from the case, so we could see the reasoning, but it usually takes them at least a couple weeks to publish the opinion online. -------------------- |
