It's not bad. I got a "impact level 4" one and it supports fairly well. It's not as good as my other main bra (a Jeunique), support-wise, but it's more comfortable and is probably better to work out in. My other one supports better because it's second internal layer is made of fairly stiff material and it's all pretty non-stretchy.

Well they're about 50 bucks a pop... so you might want to spread out your purchases. laugh.gif

And if you're a D cup or larger, I'd recommend also checking out Pennyrich/Jeunique bras. They're not very good for working out, but they're great otherwise.

especially if im gonna continue this working out bull shit...eventually ill be in good enough shape to start running..and with my current sports bra..theres no way in hell
