The movie lacked plot and was propaganda. The west vs. the persians.

It wasn't really expecting anything great from the plot or dialogue of the movie. The movie is based off of a Frank Miller book. Everything he does is just good looking and fun to read. I enjoyed it though.

I was not serious about the propaganda comment per se. I just found it some what interesting that this movie was released at the same time that American rhetoric was building against Iran. ummm, The persian army did have elephants -------------------- A psychotic world we live in. The Iranians don't get that the American government doesn't want to turn their country into a parking lot because they are ethnically Persian. The United States wants to make glass Iran's principle export because they're asstacularly insane.

It was also a joke.... per se? And i still don't get the iranian thing... its not like the bush administration put this movie out. Funny how an ancient historical event represented in a current day movie is automatically propoganda.
What you should be worried about is the fact that we're still hostile with each other even from ancient greek times. I wouldn't expect anyone to think about that.
