the dialogue was terrible and the movie was a little cheesy

The movie is fanfuckingtastic. Frank Miller does it again.



The dialogue was taken directly out of the graphic novel as were most of the action scenes. It's a perfect adaptation.

This movie is not meant to be historically accurate and not in the same class as sin city. It's an embilleshment of the 300 legend.

well... the spartan solder has to be at least a level 6 fighter, because they were attacking twice for every attack the enemy threw at them..... their physique gives the impression of a strength 18, dex 16, and a charisma of at least 15...... they are weilding Spears of Peircing, armor ment nothing to those weapons... and the enemys attacks were almost always off target... leading me to believe that all of these soldiers had Cloaks of Displacement (major). and we can't forget the +3 Leather Man-Panties
