The breach of contract claim hasn't been dismissed. I personally think that without a robots.txt file, she's kinda SOL.

yeah, there were steps she could have taken to prevent the bot from crawling her site, well published and known methods, and she ignored them.
What a dumb bitch. I wonder what her site is even about. edit: apparently the site she ran was a website giving support not to child abuse VICTIMS, but the people that were ABUSING THE CHILDREN. this woman needs to die a painful death.
