also, if all goes well...it looks like I may be the reluctant owner of a glock 21 soon.
that sentence sounds retarded...basically if I get this coxswain gig I was contacted about, I will need to be carrying some kind of reliable amphib gun. the G21 is what i've narrowed it down to. I'm no glock lover, but they are the best poly/strikers made. and I don't think carrying a bigass steel 1911 in a saltwater environment sounds like what I want to do. |

it really does. the taurus pt1911 has it, and it *seems* to be a nice pistol...but I am scared to death of them.
they've never been top-notch. and they've never made a 1911. but reports are in that it's a good pistol...just hasn't been around long enough to get a life-long report on. |

never shot a S&W .357, but I've put quite a few rounds through a S&W Model 689 .44 with a 6" barrel And what's interesting is, it didn't make my penis bigger like everyone who shoots guns like that acts like it does ![]() well you still have your two penis-enlargement vehicles...at least you have that going for ya. QUOTE 2000 Silverado LS Z71 2000 Trans Am Convertible sorry...was just re-reading this thread for the first time and stumbled across that lil' gem...I find it humorous that a pickup AND trans am owner feels compelled to make penis jokes... let's see...handgun = ~$600 silverado and trans am = ~$40,000 (give or take 10 grand) |

back to guns (sorry Zack for 8 pages of Mod bashing
A. Wooden "U.S" GI grips: ![]() B. Gunmetal grey, smooth Alumagrips: ![]() both sets offer a secure purchase due to the rubber grip extension on the front strap, so functionality is not an issue. this is aesthetic only. |

cool. yeah the color on the gunmetal one is deceiving in this pic. the grip is actually not trying too blend in, rather it is several shades lighter. hard to explain.
