I dont do any of those things. I just move a lot and thought it ridiculous to buy another car. This way, i dont have to rent a damn uhaul and shit. oh and im tired of being so small on the road. everyone in texas is driving trucks now

spivey and i used dps reports to calculate how many trucks are in texas and we found that 3 in 5 vehicles is a truck or suv.

yeah, no shit. At least my truck uses ethanol. I plan on fueling up with that once I find a gas station that carries it. Isnt it somewhat better on the environment? I think getting a truck is a good idea at this point.... too many people have trucks and drive like idiots. Id rather be hit if I were in a truck than in a car.

It's basically a way to keep American farmers in business....which I'm not saying is a bad thing, I'm just saying that the truth about ethanol is that it doesn't work near as well as gasoline, it's ultimatley not any more "environmentally friendly", and it's not cheaper either .... but it does keep corn farmers from going bankrupt. heh

All I know about ethanol is that it burns a LOT faster than gas...so a full tank may only last about 1/2 as long

the point of ethanol isn't that it's any cleaner or efficient, but that it's a renewable source.
