That is an amazing deal. If you convert your balloon payment of $8,300 to a typical 7% interest loan and keep your $273/mo payment, that's ~33 more months, for a total of 72 mo @ $273 = $19,656 total money spent over 6 years. remove the rental fee (first 39 mos) & interest (last 33 mos) and you should arrive to the base price + TTL + your $2500 trade in... ~$18,500. remove TTL and you get to about $16,500 base price you "paid". on a truck that has a base invoice price of $21,000.
definitely an amazing deal... too amazing to believe. please tell me which dealer you went to because I'd love to purchase my next vehicle from a dealer willing to go 20% below invoice. might want to get out a magnifying glass and go back over that contract you signed oh and let me know which bank to use too... 0% over 72 months would be sweet

It was a dealership here in Austin. I went over the lease for the most part. I havent sat down and read the whole thing yet, but so far so good. Maybe I'll scan the sucker in and if any of you dont mind reading it, that would be cool. |
