Vacetomies arent 100% either, there are people who have had them and still gotten their girls pregnant.
I have to agree with the fact that If you have sex with someone, you should be ready for anything that might pop out 9 months later, But I also agree with the fact that if you take as many preventative measures as possible and you still get her pregnant you should be able to argue that you shouldn't have to pay. I suppose the fact of the case should be giving the guy a right to deny child support based on the circumstances of each case, not just saying that if a guy says "Im not paying" then they dont have to. Things like condom use + Birth Control and talking with the girl about what they will do in case of a pregnancy should be standard procedure for this stuff. If she says that she will get an abortion if she gets pregant and then backs out of that if it happens, the guy should not be financially responsible because the two people came to an agreement. However, if you throw caution to the wind and just do everything on a whim you should face the full force of a baby. -------------------- FUCK YOU
