ive only lived in houston for like 9 months. my dads from odessa...and yes that place does stink..but i still never noticed anything in houston..*shrugs* |

certain areas in houston definitely stink (ship channel, deer park) but the city itself smells like city. traffic, construction etc.

yeah i guess downtown in someplaces doesnt smell any better than..say downtown dallas (god that place smells in some places)
but i never noticed any other smell...but id imagine on the southeast side where all the chemical shit is going on....it could get smelly |
