the trans-texas corridor which is going to be a huge mega-road owned by foreigners has received a lot of criticism from small texas newspapers... what do you do to stop newspapers from criticizing you? buy them up of course...

I don't understand the newspaper thing, but I do know that this is how almost all toll-roads are built, with companies owning the lease for them and when the lease runs out, the state takes back over.

I have no problem with domestic companies controlling toll roads, fuck foreigners
