More strawberries and chai. No toast this morning.
Last night I had lemon pepper rotisserie chicken, corn, wheat dinner rolls, strawberries, and then strawberry and peach sorbet for dessert.

speaking of quail, I had duck over the Christmas break and it was not that bad.
