I don't agree with it, but it is still the law. I know full well that there are activities that I engage in that could get me in trouble. It is just part of the risk...

Seems kind of stupid though because some RIAA artists put out mixtapes as side projects between their major label releases. Are they getting the rights to everything they use on their mixtapes? Probably not.
