It is, but most people would think that it's weird to add greens. They're great for fiber and other nutrients, though, and adding them to the smoothie gives me more of an energy boost than I'd have otherwise. happy.gif

toss in some mountain dew for that extra kick.

i made a breakfast burrito earlier. cooked some lean cut bacon to crispy, set aside, cooked the eggs in the same pan, added the broken up bacon, and scrambled. placed some mexican cheese blend on top, heated up my tortilla -a little on each side -on the still warm stovetop. top with fresh cilantro and fresh diced onion. had with hot chocolate and some sliced peaches for dessert

A psychotic world we live in. The madmen are in power. How long have we known this? Faced this? And--how many of us do know it? Perhaps if you know you are insane then you are not insane. Or you are becoming sane, finally. Waking up. I suppose only a few are aware of all this. Isolated persons here and there. But the broad masses... what do they think? All these hundreds of thousands in this city, here. Do they imagine that they live in a sane world? Or do they guess, glimpse, the truth...?
