Hey folks,
I am planning to move to Houston at the end of February, beginning of March. I am looking for someone who needs a place to live for around then. Basically, I need someone to take over my lease/rental agreement beginning with March. The house I am living in now is a 3 bed/1 bath in Tech Terrace. The person will be moving into the master bedroom. There is wood flooring in the room. Rent is $250 a month, and the utilities including cable, internet, electricity, and heat/ac run around 80 bucks a month. The deposit is $200. Its located at 32nd and between Boston and Canton. The bus stop running along Boston is right on 32nd, so its barely a 2 minute walk to the bus. Also, there is a garage and a washer and dryer. The other people living here are a gay guy and a girl....we all pretty much keep to ourselves. I would be glad to show anyone the house. UPDATE: If someone needs a place beginning in January, I can accomodate....I have had an offer from a friend for me to stay with them for the last 2 months that I am here....so if anyone knows someone that needs a place now, let me know.
Chuck, I called ur friend tonight....i will try him again after New Years to see if I can get ahold of him and if he still needs a place. |
