1. pay off my amex card
2. lose ~8-10 lbs a month until i get down to about 245 lbs a. restrict eating out to two times a week b. lift weights at least once a week c. swim at least once a week, work on house at least once a week d. stretch every day (to get my damn hammies stretch out so i dont blow another disc) 3. quit cussing so friggin much |

um keep working out and get it back to uber consistency again. add some weight training to just the cardio i do. watch my budget more

1.) Don't slack on weightlifting because of the new job
2.) deadlift 550 pounds before Dec. 31 2007 3.) Squat 500 pounds before Dec 31. 2007 4.) Bench Press 400 pounds before Dec 31. 2007 5.) Push Press 300 pounds before Dec 31. 2007. 6.) Be able to do 30 pullups before Dec 31. 2007 7.) Meet a Broncos Cheerleader before Dec 31. 2007 8.) Have sex with said Broncos Cheerleader and one of her friends before Dec 31 2007

This isnt a New Years resolution because I hate those, but I do have a resolution.
I start UT in a month and I am going to take school serious for once... actually go to class and not sleep in the ones I do go to. Im going to make straight A's which will be easy because I was pretty much doing that before. I also want to get more involved socially with extracurricular activities and stuff. Im excited |
