they always do.

i've left negative feedback, usually after spending way too much time trying to get my money back, but only if the seller is a true shitbag. anything to make them look bad.

I can understand why most sellers won't want to refund money, but still the first thing you ever get taught when you work in any kind of service industry is that the customer is always right.

A psychotic world we live in. The madmen are in power. How long have we known this? Faced this? And--how many of us do know it? Perhaps if you know you are insane then you are not insane. Or you are becoming sane, finally. Waking up. I suppose only a few are aware of all this. Isolated persons here and there. But the broad masses... what do they think? All these hundreds of thousands in this city, here. Do they imagine that they live in a sane world? Or do they guess, glimpse, the truth...?

I'm sure anyone who has worked in the service industry can agree with me when I state that on many occasions not only is the customer not right, they're usually utter morons.

I think the saying should be not that the customer is always right, because they usually aren't, but that the customer is the customer.
