i don't recall the xbox having a controller that you can lift

(lol big xbox controller joke welcome to 2001 zetec)

Thank you, Zetec. That actually made me lol... and considering that I was just woken up by my god-forsaken illegal immigrant neighbors, that's a feat.

and bear in mind that people's hands get sweaty and are more careless while playing a video game.

it amazes me that you guys can't possibly concieve this happening. it's a game where you swing a plastic toy wildly through the air and you're this suprised that the thing goes flying occasionally?

inconceivable? you keep using that word, i don't think it means what you think it means.
so they re-released the princess bride.

seriously though, i do not think any of us have a problem imagining the incident occurring. we might however have a hard time imagining how silly and uninformed someone must be to use such a volatile volition of velocity. perhaps someone on lots of uppers or with some joint disorder. you would imagine little kids having issues with this. their smaller hands, often greasy, should be unable to grip the controller. however, they seem to be playing fine.

well on the last page you didn't believe it could happen even after i showed you the pics... so you tell me.

another thing i thought about too... not only are you waving it around but you're also pressing and releasing buttons while doing so, which would definitely alter your grip somewhat.

are you fucking serious? it has ONE main button and a trigger.....if you can't use those things while gripping the remote then you should go live with the fucking apes

the simple fact is that people get way too involved in their games....you have to be swinging that remote extremely hard to break the straps and dent your fucking wall

the point is that it's unnecessary movement and it's their own damn fault for breaking their tv

people get way too involved in their games? is that not the f'n point of playin the thing? maybe nintendo should put that in the manual... "be careful not to get too excited while playing!"
