The cure to not eating or worrying about what you eat is working 12 hour night shifts! Woo. :-( I eat maybe one meal a day now and even then, I am forcing myself. Night shifts make your body cry...

My problem is that right now i have no groceries, so i can't cook healthy. And im busy with my finals coming up that i haven't had time to go get good food, so i just settle for fast food... which just makes me feel gross when i eat it more than once a week.

I also eat fast food way more than I should. I probably drink beer almost every weekend and occasionally during the week. Not to get drunk, but to enhance the meal. I've tried switching to light beer, but it just isn't as satisfying. I think the only thing keeping me from becoming 300 lbs is the fact I walk to class from my apartment twice a day which totals something like 3 miles a day.

I didn't really pay attention to my weight early on in college, but I know I'm now at the lowest weight I've been in a long time. When I transferred to Tech in summer 2003, I weighed about 180 lbs. Over the summer I was biking to and from campus (about 3 miles round trip), eating less, drinking water instead of soda, and I got down to about 150 lbs. I gained back about 5 lbs, but I lost 15 a couple of months ago and am now at about 140.

I eat like one, two meals tops a day and they are usually healthy. Usually.
Salads are good as long as you don't drown them in toppings and shit. I have lost 10-12 lbs. unintentionally since moving here due to night shifts! Yikes. :-/ Don't let the stress get to you! |

Don't let the stress get to you! you need to eat twice that many times. try it, you'll lose more weight; ups your metabolism. eating only a couple times a day tricks your body into starvation mode, and it keeps the weight stockpiled. when I want to gain weight, I eat two huge mongo meals of anything I want (lunch and dinner). when I want to cut, I eat breakfast of fruit, 10:30ish small meal, 1:00ish small meal, and a nice dinner. all healthy lean stuff. |

I weigh 115 because I hardly ever eat.... multiple reasons for that, but none having to do with self image issues.
115 is kinda lean for someone who is 5'8. I dont know.... I need to gain a few |
