My Grandfather (Vernon Eugene Orr) is from Illinois originally. Marin, IL I believe. Or around there.
I think we're closely related to the Schlessenger family. -------------------- ![]() |

My Grandfather is definitely a cajun and as far as I know his grandparents were as well. I knew another Orr when I was in high school, not sure where he was from though. -------------------- "There is a level of cowardice lower than that of the conformist: that of the fashionable non-conformist." |

The other day my brother added a girl from Indiana as a friend. He added her because she has the same last name as us (rare). Well, I look at her profile and see that she was born in Logansport, Indiana, the same place my dad was born. My brother and her start talking and we soon put together that she is our 4th cousin. Her grandfather and my dad were best friends growing up (don't ask me how that works, I don't know). Weird. Facebook is a family tree. Dude somebody from Michigan with my last name added me too awhile ago and we chatted for awhile about it but we couldn't establish a link ... -------------------- I r Ur Gawd!
