Im not by any means a bleeding heart for affirmative action (quite the opposite actually) but any rational person can see discrimination of minorities and women in our society. Its a natural order that is slowly going in the right direction, but white male wages are statistically higher paid than minority and woman counterparts.
I guess discrimination isn't the word, because i dont think much of it is intentional, but dont know what you would call it. |
